Andrea moved her family to the USA in 2000, against common statistics she became a Medical Assistant, Esthetician and Permanent Makeup artist. Andrea Schlenker has been in the cosmetic field for the last 15 years, beginning her training in 2003 at the Dario's Academic Institute in Cali, Colombia. Dedicating her time since, to not only continued education but in community service.
Andrea firmly believes in family oriented businesses, starting by creating TLC with her children and relaying her wisdom and connection's to her students and instructor's.
Her specialties include Derma-pigmentation, Brow hair-strokes, fashion powder brows, hybrid pigmentation, eyeliner, full lips, micro - scalping, & areola pigmentation.
Andrea started teaching as a Master Educator in 2015 for Nouveau Contour, Masters In Micro-Pigmentation. Leaving in 2017 to focus on TLC Permanent Makeup Academy and her esthetic services. Andrea is a passionate and driven woman, loving to help her student be the exclusive and successful artist their destined to be.

Our goal is to create an inclusive community in the Permanent Makeup Industry. Instructors from all parts of the world are welcomed partner's; for providing the latest techniques, methods, and connections to students is our main goal.
Our courses range from Color Theory, Brow Architecture and Character Building to Nano Techniques and Areola Pigmentation.
In addition, all current and former students receive digital invitations to our Networking, Charity and Volunteering events. Marketing advice, Social Media exposure and exchange of contact with our instructor's is always available.
