1.Where are the prices for the services?

2. Is PRP safe?

-Platelet Rich Plasma literally stimulates new cell growth in the patient’s body wherever it is injected. It helps the body heal itself the natural way without using chemicals or foreign substances of any kind. The possibility of an allergic reaction or infection is slim because the plasma comes from the patient’s own body.

3. Is a chemical peel safe?

-A chemical peel is a safe, effective procedure that uses an acidic solution to remove the outer layer of skin and stimulate the production of new skin cells. The strength of the acids used in a chemical peel determines the depth of the exfoliation. Never try this at home! Contact us and we'll walk you through the process.

 

 

 

4. Microblading VS. Micropigmentation

-Microblading is the technique of implanting pigment after the creation of fine incisions in the skin and may date back thousands of years. However, the trend towards using the technique for eyebrows may have emerged recently. Micropigmentation is a semi-permanent makeup method and is done with a digital machine rather than a fine hand-held blade. The color is implanted deeper into the skin-known as the dermis,  hence it lasts longer than the Microblading/Eyebrow Embroidery method.

5. After-Care for Microblading/Micropigmentation?

-After your eyebrow procedure, you will be swollen. Some clients will swell minimally and some well swell more. Everyone heals differently. This can cause the area(s) to appear uneven, itchy, red or irritated when healing. The area(s) will also appear much darker and thicker than the final result. You can expect eyebrows to fade anywhere from 10%-50% this typically happens within 3-30days of the first procedure. There WILL BE some shedding of skin with color in it as the area heals. APPLY GRAPESEED OIL ( a very thin layer ) to the brows in the (1x a day) morning or evening for the remaining 14 days. If you should experience any scabbing, crusting, or flaking, please let it exfoliate naturally. This will prevent any unnecessary infections or additional pigment loss. If the area is still dry and flaky after 14 days you can continue the Grapeseed Oil. It is OK to wash the brows after the 2 weeks, avoid scrubbing them.

6. Pigment VS. Tattoo Ink

When a tattoo needles puncture the skin, it creates a tiny wound to which the body responds.  It kicks in the immune system and sends special cells, known as macrophages to the area in order to heal the cut skin and swallow any ‘foreign bodies’. Other cells, such as fibroblasts will also suck up the tattoo ink. These pigment particles are too large for macrophages to destroy, so they become stuck in the dermis. Permanent cosmetic pigments are designed especially to complement many different skin tones so that your results are as natural as possible. Permanent makeup pigment lacks the particle size which body art tattoo ink has and so the color fades more quickly.

- No, our advanced courses are for experienced Permanent Makeup Artist seeking to further their education and artistry.

3. How much are models charged?

-Depending on the treatment being performed for the model, prices range anywhere from $0.00 - $250.00. Our models for Areola Pigmentation usually pay with a smile if their Breast Cancer Survivors.

4. What should I bring to class?

- Depending on the course we usually recommend for you to bring your device and needles; This way you will be able to learn the techniques and methods on a device you're familiar with. Other supplies are complimentary with your course purchase.

*Limited Devices and Needles are available in the event of forgotten material.
